Oasia Resort Sentosa offers stylish accommodation in the combination of a restored colonial building and a modern minimalistic contemporary wing. Located at the heart of Sentosa Island just opposite the Imbiah Monorail Station it is easily accessible from Singapore’s central business district. Dating back to the 1940s, the property's Heritage Wing has been fully restored and introduces the first Oasia Spa. This smoke-free hotel boasts a fully-equipped fitness centre. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

It is a 10-minute walk from Universal Studios Singapore, world-class attractions, and beachfront restaurants. The popular Orchard Road is a 20-minute drive from the resort and Changi International Airport is convenient 35 minute’s drive.

The location is in close proximity of Resorts World.

The staff are not friendly. Upon check in they didn't explain about the hotel facilities, restaurants etc. We had to figure it out on our own. Not acceptable. Telephones don't work in the rooms, had to call reception on numerous occasions to have rooms cleaned. The rooms don't have pens, notepads. For a hotel of this stature and the premium price paid , the lack of service was rather disappointing. The Village hotel next door was a far better option . Staff here were extremely friendly when we dined there.

Recommendable

The location is pretty good, close to beach station and Universal Studio station. The staffs are also nice and friendly.

It would be better if there is more breakfast options.

Not bad!

very near to Imbiah train station for the sentosa monorail to Vivocity. Staff at check in was rather pleasant. great way to usher in the new year as the staff told us where to head to for countdown and fireworks. Appreciated that the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is one of the more affordable ones in the sentosa area.

Room furniture seems to be on the older side despite the hotel being a rather new one. Some of the drawers and handles felt finicky and not premium. Pool and gym were on the small side though the pool at Village hotel could be used too. The location of our room did not feel private and sound proofing is not great as we could hear noise from the other guests when they walked past our room which was located near the start of the hallway.

Comfortable stay for a trip around Sentosa Island

Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean

Air con issues with the room. Had to change room. No soap provided at the wash basin sink. Corridors along the hotel block was not air conditioned.

Wonderful

Location is good witch close to the tram station. The hotel offers plenty of options of breakfast.

There is no stroller or wheelchiar ramps at front door.

We enjoyed the stay and managed to have one session of yoga. the room is spacious enough for small family of 3.

location location location so convenient near imbiah station not so crowded and conveniently walking distance to RWS casino and shops that area.

The food & beverages selection too few as only 1 resto in the hotel. in case rainy day it is the only choice u hav for ur meal. Gym room too small and the arrangement of equipment too cramp.

pleasant stay over here, environment is beautiful, room is clean and spacious

room is spacious and clean, near to USS walking distance about 5mins.

Parking is relatively limited for people that drive.

Great hotel, awesome stay. Would stay again. Just have to fix the check in experience for guests who use third party boo

The room itself, the facilities, the location. So clean, so easy to get around Sentosa, and very comfortable and pleasant.

The check-in experience was very awkward as there seemed to be no communication between the booking of made from Booking.com and the front desk at Oasia. It took a long time for them to confirm the booking had been made in the first place. They also had no idea that breakfast was inclusive of the booking. After sorting it out, everything seemed fine. When it was time to have our breakfast, the staff serving us said our breakfast wasn’t included. I affirmed that yes it was, and he shut me down rudely and said it wasn’t. I checked with the front desk as to why there’s still a mix up about our booking. He said that breakfast wasn’t put down on our booking by whoever checked us in. After sorting it out they were apologetic. This whole situation would have easily been avoided if communication had been more diligent.

Nice quiet location, super convenient for people to travel around the island by the train. 1 stop away from RWS or USS theme park! Also, the hotel is near the sentosa island internal shuttle bus stop. So location was superb and the exterior looks beautiful. Room was nice with a bathtub. We appreciated the anti-tamper seals pasted on our doors for security and cleanliness. Soap, shampoo provided had a pleasant fragrance.

The common corridors unfortunately didn't have any carpets, so you can hear folks pushing their luggage or staff pushing the service trolley sometimes. The corridor ceilings could do with abit of maintenance as water was dripping from the ceiling. Aircon takes a long time to cool the room.
